2. Texting Service
2.1. Opt-in Information
Text CFMTL to SOCCER (or 762237) (Short Code) to opt-in and receive SMS text messages on behalf of CFMTL regarding Club news, alerts, offers and discounts in-store, discounts on ticket purchases as well as occasional promotions. No purchase necessary.
By opting into this texting service, you are granting your express written consent to CFMTL, its affiliated entities, and their sponsors and suppliers to receive text messages for these purposes via automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary.
CFMTL SMS texting messages are only available to persons 13 and older located in Canada.
You can cancel this service at any time by texting STOP to SOCCER (or 762237) to cease receiving messages from CFMTL. A text message confirming that you have unsubscribed will be sent. If in the future you decide to join the CFMTL Mobile Texting Program again, please follow the above opt-in process.

You must use a wireless device capable of two-way text messaging and be using a participating service provider/carrier. Supported carriers in Canada include the following: CBE Inc., Bell MTS, Rogers, Iristel, Mobilicity, MTS, Eastlink, SaskTel, Xplore Mobile, TELUS, Vidéotron, Freedom Mobile, SSI Canada.
3.2. Associated costs
Message and data rates may apply. Although this CFMTL Mobile Texting Program is free, you are responsible for verifying and determining whether your mobile service provider charges you for airtime, for sending and/or receiving text messages, data and for other standard applicable fees typically charged by mobile service providers, and CFMTL shall not be liable for any such charge.
4. Disclaimers and Conditions
4.1. This service is offered on an “as is” basis and may not be always available in all areas. This service may not continue to work in the event of a product, software, coverage, or other service changes made by your wireless carrier. CFMTL may suspend or end this service at any time, without notice.
4.2. CFMTL, Free 2 Play LP, Complexe de Soccer Saputo, Stade Saputo and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated entities and any persons employed by any of the foregoing, are not responsible and shall not be liable for any losses/injuries or of any other kind of damages resulting from any delays in the receipt of any text message, lost, incomplete, late, damaged or misdirected messages; difficulties, failures or malfunctions of computers and/or Internet connections or wireless services or other communications malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable network, server; failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion; computer on-line systems, cable malfunctions; human error; any damage to entrants or any third person’s computer and/or wireless device, and/or its contents related to or resulting from this service; nor any other loss directly or indirectly caused by your participation in this service program. You agree that the maximum liability of CFMTL under this service program is limited to ten dollars ($10).
4.3. CFMTL reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate any subscriber who or attempts to tamper with this service program, or acts with intent to deliberately damage, destroy, vandalize, annoy, abuse, threaten or harass anyone in connection with this service program.
4.4. CFMTL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, to reflect its latest changes to this text message program. By continuing to use this service after updates have been posted, the subscriber agrees to the updated Terms and Conditions.
4.5. Any dispute with respect to this service program will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
