2021 Play Unified

CF MONTRÉAL VS VANCOUVER WHITECAPS

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 unified season was suspended, and we set up the Unified project to create a friendly virtual competition. Vancouver Whitecaps and CF Montréal will compete against each other in bi-weekly challenges. When the 8 weeks of competition concludes, the team with the most points will be declared as the winning team. In addition to the competition component, the project offers athletes the opportunity to live a different and unique experience while providing them with an additional motivation to be active.  

CF Montréal will be made up of eleven athletes selected by Special Olympics Quebec (SOQ) and eleven unified partners, players from the CF Montréal Academy, while eleven athletes selected by Special Olympics British Columbia (SBC) and eleven unified partners from the Whitecaps Academy will represent the Vancouver Whitecaps.

Our team
