PLAYER OR TEAM MEMBER APPEARANCES
If you want a member of CF Montréalto participate in an upcoming community event, you need to fill out the form below. However, before doing so, here is some important information to bear in mind:
WE PRIORITIZE KIDS
Although the club launched its very own foundation in 2014, we will continue to make public appearances an essential component of our community outreach efforts. However, in line with the CF Montréal Foundation's mission, the team and its players will support events and causes that ultimately aim to improve the quality of life of children. Also, for logistical reasons, we will favour events that take place within 50 km of Stade Saputo. Finally, due to the volume of requests, we will not consider any appearance for a personal event (birthday parties, anniversaries, etc.)
NO NEED TO WRITE OR CALL
Just fill out the form below and we will handle the rest. We will do our best to answer quickly and efficiently, because we truly understand the importance of your request. However, as you well imagine, we receive a high volume of requests. We therefore ask that you submit your proposal at least eight weeks before your event.
WE DO NOT VISIT INDIVIDUAL SCHOOLS

WE DO HAVE SOME CONSTRAINTS
Due to the team's intensive training and travel schedule, along with a demanding MLS schedule, we have to limit our player appearances in the community. For those reasons, if your request is accepted, we will only confirm the identity of the player one day prior to your event. Also, depending on availability, there is a possibility that the player in question be an injured player.
TIMING IS ALSO IMPORTANT
Requests for appearances will be rejected if they are scheduled before 2pm on training days (typically from Monday to Friday) and if they fall on a game day, on a day before a game or on a day off. Be sure to check the team's schedule before submitting a request. Also, all appearances must be a maximum of 60 minutes in length. Please note that requests for players during the off-season are limited due to the availability of players residing in Montreal.
THERE MAY BE AN APPEARANCE FEE
Some events may require an appearance fee, since these are set by the MLS Collective Bargaining Agreement and by the club. We will let you know upon acceptance of your request.
NEXT STEPS
Once you have submitted your request online and it will be reviewed, you will be contacted by a CF Montréal representative regarding its status: declined or accepted. Please allow six to eight weeks for a response by email. If your request is accepted, please note that a club employee will accompany the player to the event, if necessary; the employee will offer assistance when it is deemed appropriate.
ONE LAST IMPORTANT NOTE
Please remember that any public appearance by a member of CF Montréal must be scheduled and approved by the club's Community R elations Department. Likewise, you will also need front office approval for the use of the CF Montréal name and/or logo on any promotional or marketing material. This policy pertains to all forms of advertising, including print, television, radio and web. Failure to abide by this policy will result in legal consequences.
