Launched on July 2, 2019, the CIP (Club Identification Program) is a development and identification program established by the Club's Academy and its educators. This initiative involves visits to partner clubs and reflects a commitment to sharing the Academy's pedagogy and methodology to strengthen ties with the Quebec soccer community.

The CIP program evolved in 2021 as CF Montréal aimed to implement a more comprehensive collaboration plan. This partnership-advisory format allows participating clubs to benefit from CF Montréal's resources, both in technical and administrative aspects.

Partner clubs also have exclusive access to CF Montréal's activities and initiatives, such as tournaments, camps, and technical competitions.
