Wilfried Nancy will participate in a free virtual conference

MONTREAL – As part of National Coaches Week, CF Montréal and its partner Pour 3 Points announced a free virtual conference that will take place on Monday, September 20.

Live from Centre Nutrilait, the 75-minute conference entitled “Les coachs au service de la société,” will be broadcast online for free on the Club’s website, beginning at 6:30pm.

CF Montréal Head Coach Wilfried Nancy, U17 Club Academy coach Nicolas Gagnon and P3P certified coach Katarina Radovanovic will participate in a panel discussion, while Fabrice Vil, founder of Pour 3 Points, will moderate the talk.

Presented in a panel format, the conference will discuss four themes: building team culture, the importance of coaching at the community level, the impact of a black coach in Quebec society and other social issues, as well as coaching beyond sport.

Last February, CF Montréal announced a partnership with Pour 3 Points to continue the Club's involvement in and commitment to the community.

Celebrating its tenth anniversary this fall, Pour 3 Points believes in social equality for youth from disadvantaged backgrounds and is committed to developing and increasing the positive impact of sports coaches on youth in sport and in life. Through the organization’s training, coaches are empowered as leaders and mentors to foster an environment that supports the well-being and motivation of youth.
