MONTRÉAL – CF Montréal will host Nashville SC this Saturday at 1:30 p.m. EDT at Stade Saputo (Apple TV, RDS, TSN, TSN 690).
The bleu-blanc-noir holds an all-time record of 1-7-4 (7 goals scored, 18 goals conceded) against Nashville, including a 1-2-2 record (2 goals scored, 3 goals conceded) at home. The two sides have already met this season, with CF Montréal falling 1-0 at GEODIS Park on July 22. Sam Surridge scored the game's lone goal from the penalty spot.
Sitting atop the Eastern Conference standings with a 12-point lead over second place, Nashville SC will look to extend its unbeaten run to seven matches. The club also boasts the best defensive record in MLS this season, having conceded just 23 goals. With a win or draw against CF Montréal, Nashville could also clinch the Supporters' Shield for the first time in club history.
