MONTREAL – With the Montreal Impact set to kick off the 2014 MLS campaign this Saturday in Texas against FC Dallas (Toyota Stadium, 8:30pm ET, TVA Sports/TSN Radio 690), the club officially presented the 2014 edition of the team and unveiled its new primary jersey by adidas, Tuesday night, in front of 1,500 supporters at the Olympia Theatre.
“The official team presentation is a 20-year-old tradition with our club and we thought it was the perfect type of event to introduce our new jersey,” “said Impact President Joey Saputo. “The jersey does not feature sweeping modifications or dramatic changes. However, just like our team, it is constantly improving, defining itself more clearly with the years and gradually leaving its mark.”
The new 2014 Impact primary jersey by adidas is available on the club's online boutique.

Toujours Fidèles
Those in attendance Tuesday night were privy to an exclusive live look at the club’s new primary kit. Remaining close to the themes of the original design, the new blue first jersey continues to pay homage to the city and the province with our symbols: the blue colour, the Mont-Royal cross and the fleur-de-lys. However, the cross has been shifted to the left, while there is a new fleur-de-lys on the lower, front of the jersey.
New to this jersey is a special tribute to the Ultras Montréal, the team’s main supporters group, with their motto “Tousjours Fidèles” on the inside of the collar.
