MONTREAL – Midfielder Rida Zouhir has been called up by the Morocco U20 team ahead of three friendly matches during the international break.

Zouhir has joined the team for a training camp taking place between March 21 to 31 in Rabat, Morocco. The Moroccans will first face Club Stade Marocain and Club Athletic Youssoufia Berrechid before concluding on Tuesday, March 29, against Romania's U20 team.

So far in 2022, Zouhir has featured in four MLS regular season games, including one start and logging 110 minutes of play. He played his first professional minutes in the 2021 Canadian Championship semifinal against Forge FC at the age of 17.

The midfielder signed his first professional contract with CF Montréal’s first team in December 2020 after joining the Academy in 2016.
