MONTREAL – Defender Jukka Raitala was selected by the Finland national team.
He will join his selection to play a friendly game on November 11 against France, then two UEFA Nations League games, on November 15 against Bulgaria and on November 18 against Wales.
Finland is currently second in League B, Group 4 of the UEFA Nations League with nine points in four games, one point behind Wales.
Raitala has been capped 52 times with the Finland national team, making his senior debut on February 4, 2009, in a friendly against Japan. In October 2020, he started in a 2-0 win against Bulgaria and entered the match as a substitute against the Republic of Ireland in a 1-0 win.
