MONTREAL – The Montreal Impact Soccer Schools (SoSc) unveiled its calendar of programming set to begin in the Fall of 2013, presented by adidas.
The Soccer Schools return to St-Leonard (Leonardo Da Vinci Sports Centre), Ville St-Laurent (CEGEP Vanier), Laval (Val des Arbres Sports Centre), Terrebonne (École de l'Odyssée), Brossard (Bell Sports Complex), as well as Montreal-North (Marie-Victorin Sports Complex).
For the first time, the Soccer Schools will be hosting sessions in Lachine, at the Catalogna Soccerplex, and will be offering a new physical fitness program in St-Leonard (Leonardo Da Vinci Sports Centre), under the direction of Paolo Pacione, fitness coach with the pro team.
Each participant will receive an official Montreal Impact ball and an official SoSc adidas t-shirt. In addition, the Impact will offer a 15% discount on season tickets for 2014 (cannot be used with any other offer).
Following a successful summer, the SoSc looks to continue their mission of progression within the different programs for all of its participants, rich with technical and tactical instruction, by applying the philosophy and vision of the Impact Academy.
The new structure of the programming, based on age and skill level, is the following:
Discover soccer: boys and girls, born between 2006 and 2008 (NEW)
Physical Fitness: boys and girls born between 2002 and 2005 (NEW)
Soccer development: boys and girls born between 2001 and 2005, U8 to U12, recreational and A level
Player and goalkeeper performance centre: boys and girls born between 1997 and 2002, level AA and above
Player performance centre: boys born between 2001 and 2004, on invitation only, starting April 2014 – apply by emailing ecoledesoccer@impactmontreal.com
Goalkeepers performance centre: boys and girls, born from 2002, on invitation only, starting September 2013 – apply by emailing ecoledesoccer@impactmontreal.com.
