MONTREAL – The Montreal Impact announced on Tuesday that the team will face the Philadelphia Union in a preseason game on February 15, at EverBank Field, in Jacksonville, home of the NFL’s Jaguars.
Kickoff is set for 7:30pm, with a youth clinic featuring players from both teams for the first 500 kids in attendance, beginning at 5:30pm at the Florida Blue Practice Fields.
Tickets are on sale at the box office of the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena and online at Ticketmaster.com.

This game has been added to the four matches already scheduled as part of the training camp in Florida, from February 7 to 24. The Impact will take on MLS sides Sporting Kansas City on February 9 and D.C. United on February 16, while facing the NASL’s Tampa Bay Rowdies on February 13, in the 2013 Walt Disney World Pro Classic at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, in Orlando. The last game will be played on February 23.
2013 Season
As part of the 2013 season opener, the Impact will play its very first game of the season against the Sounders FC in Seattle on Saturday, March 2. Then, the Impact heads to Portland to take on the Timbers the following weekend, March 9, at JELD-WEN Field. The team’s home opener is set for Saturday, March 16 against Toronto FC. This will be the first of two consecutive games to be held at Olympic Stadium, the second coming the following week on March 23 against Thierry Henry and the New York Red Bulls.
