CF Montréal, Toronto FC, and Pacific FC all obtain byes to the quarter final round as winner, runner-up and semi-finalist of the 2021 edition, respectively. The preliminary round will take place between May 10 and 12, followed by the quarter finals between May 24 and 26, and semi-finals between June 21 and 23. The final will be played in July.
