MONTREAL – CF Montréal announced today that it has acquired midfielder Dante Sealy from the Colorado Rapids in exchange for $400,000 in 2026 General Allocation Money (GAM), $1M in 2027 GAM and $300,000 in conditional GAM.
Sealy makes his return to Montreal after dressing for the Bleu-blanc-noir in 2025. Last season, he set a career high with nine goals and two assists in 30 MLS games.

Sealy was traded to the Rapids from CF Montréal on Dec. 23, 2025. This season, he has registered five assists over 20 MLS games in addition to one goal and one assist in three U.S. Open Cup matches with Colorado.
A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., Sealy originally signed with the Bleu-blanc-noir on Feb. 6, 2025 after joining the Club as an invited player for the team’s 2025 training camp.
An FC Dallas academy product, Sealy spent the first four seasons of his MLS career in central Texas.
On the international stage, Sealy made his debut for the Trinidad and Tobago national team on June 6, 2025. He has since scored four goals in 11 appearances for the Soca Warriors.
