The Montreal Impact gutted out a gritty performance on Saturday night, earning a 1-0 victory on the road in the altitude of Colorado, and while many people were talking about Didier Drogba’s spectacular free-kick goal, it was the Ivorian’s teammate all the way on the other end of the field who made a desperate save to preserve the win in the game's dying moments.
Goalkeeper Evan Bush dove to his right, getting a paw on the end of a Lucas Pittinari drive that was destined for the low corner in stoppage time. One of many saves that has the Ohio-native in the top 10 of a number of statistical categories across the league.

- tied for 5th in saves with 93;
- 6th in shutouts with 8;
Bush has quietly had a strong season, his first as a starter, and if you saw Drogba run and jump into his keeper’s arms at the end of the Rapids game, you’ll know, like his teammates know, that he will be key down the stretch for IMFC as they look to lock down a playoff spot.
