Game-day themes

A number of promotions and game-day themes are also set for the 2014 season.

On April 26, the Impact will play its Stade Saputo home opener against the Philadelphia Union.

Special packages will be offered for Mother’s Day on May 10 against Sporting Kansas City and for Father’s Day, on June 11, against D.C. United.

A new theme for 2014 will be Family Day, July 27, when the Portland Timbers visit Stade Saputo.

Following the success of the first Multi-Cultural Day last season, the event will be revisited this season on June 29 versus the Houston Dynamo. This match, with its international flavor, will offer a number of different cultural activities to celebrate the city’s cultural diversity.

Blue will be the star on August 2 at Stade Saputo when the Impact hosts its Canadian rival in the derby with Toronto FC.

In September, the Impact will host the San Jose Earthquakes on Students’ Day on September 20.

Fan appreciation Day will once again close out the regular season at home on October 25 against D.C. United.
