2012: Started his first career MLS game on June 30 in Washington against D.C. United in a 3-0 loss… Started seven MLS Reserve League games, recording six wins, one tie and four clean sheets while allowing only four goals… Started in the international matches against Olympique Lyonnais, at Stade Saputo, and ACF Fiorentina, during the post-season tour in Italy.
2011: Joined the Montreal Impact on March 11, 2011… Began the season as a substitute before taking over as starting goalkeeper following an injury to starter Bill Gaudette… Named the NASL Player of the Month for September and the Defensive player of the Week following the 11th and 22nd week of activity… Named the team’s Defensive Player of the Year and won the 2011 NASL Golden Glove after leading the league with a 0.76 goals-against average, allowing only 14 goals in 19 games and 1,668 minutes of play… Ended the season with a career-best nine clean sheets, including seven in his last 10 games of the season… Was the third player to sign with the Montreal Impact for Major League Soccer on October 21.

Played with the University of Akron Zips from 2005 to 2008… Named to the NSCAA All-Great Lakes Region and All-Ohio teams in 2008… Was also a three-time All-Mid American Conference first team selection, in addition to being named the 2005 MAC Newcomer of the Year and to the 2005 Freshman All-American team… Finished as the all-time career leader in the MAC with 62 wins, 48 clean sheets, and a 0.60 goals-against average.
