Our eSports player Loux11 will be in Austin this Friday to Sunday to participate in eMLS Cup, the biggest EAFC competition in North America.
His first test will come during the group stage on Friday. With two groups of eight players formed, Loux11 will need to finish in the top 3 Friday to qualify to Sunday’s eMLS Cup, which will be held live in Austin, at ACL Live, starting at 1pm local time (noon EST).
"I'm feeling pretty confident. It's a complicated group but to be the best you have to beat the best. I'll have to get through this group to qualify for the eMLS Cup."
Loux11 managed to qualify to the League Series One bracket earlier this month, but fell short of accomplishing the same thing for League Series Two. The Saint-Pierre et Miquelon native will be looking to bounce back in a big way during the first live, in-person tournament of the year.
"I finished 3rd in this cup last year, and I intend to take part again to show that I still have my place among the best.
