Impact defender Matteo Ferrari will miss up to three weeks of action following an injury to his left calf, as confirmed by the team's coaching staff, following Wednesday's training session.
Ferrari, who has played every minute of the season so far, suffered the injury during the pregame warmup versus the Columbus Crew last Sunday.
The Italian defender will miss the team's Amway Canadian Championship games against Toronto FC on April 24 at BMO Field, and May 1st at Stade Saputo, as well as the next regular season game versus the Chicago Fire, on April 27.
