On February 13, 2016, Harry Shipp got the news he never thought he’d get.
Traded to the Montreal Impact, Shipp had to leave his home area – Chicago and its suburbs. The message he posted on Twitter just after getting transferred clearly expressed how sad this made him. A Chicago Fire homegrown, Shipp was contrived to find his feet again not just at a new club, but also in Montreal, a city he barely knew.
But quickly enough, a red circle appeared around April 16 in his mental agenda: Chicago Fire v. Montreal Impact. Toyota Park. Bridgeview, Illinois. Harry Shipp was coming home.
On Shipp’s return to the stadium that had once been his kingdom, would the pain of yesterday have subsided? Watch his first visit back to Chicago since getting traded in the Secteur 12 episode above, and relive the game against the Fire below, in Derrière chaque victoire.
