IMFC at the forefront, from kids to pros, all day this Saturday, April 9, next to the highest leaning tower in the world.
Saturday will be the perfect day to celebrate the beautiful game in Montreal, putting forth the Impact’s Soccer Schools (SoSc) starting at 10am, the first team’s game against Columbus Crew SC at 4pm, and finally FC Montreal’s match-up versus rival Toronto FC II at 7:30pm.
The morning session starting at 10am will allow kids aged 6 through 14 to step on the Big O’s turf, emulating their idols and benefiting from a similar matchday experience, with certified coaches and the unique experience to play in the famous stadium.
At 11:30am, a second training session has been added to meet the demand. It will allow a maximum of young players to sharpen their technique and train under the SoSc coaches’ guidance. Places are still available. Reserve yours before Wednesday, April 6, at 12pm!
At 4pm, revenge is a dish best served cold. The Crew is in town for this awaited game presented by the Parc olympique. Ciman, Piatti and co. still remember last fall’s extra time elimination and are eager to right that wrong.
The team will need its #12 to claim three more points and stay at the forefront of the MLS Eastern Conference standings. You’ll be welcome at the stadium as early as 2:30pm!
The Big O has always been kind to IMFC, going back just a few weeks to the game against New York Red Bulls, a 3-0 shutout featuring a marvellous team performance and Anthony Jackson-Hamel’s first career MLS goal.

In the evening, FC Montreal’s prospects will face their archrivals Toronto FC II at 7:30pm. The Montrealers will aim to put their first points on the USL board after a 1-0 loss against Bethlehem Steel FC, Philadelphia Union’s reserve team, at Olympic Stadium on March 25.
Last season, the opponents at both ends of the 401 highway faced each other four times, each team winning two games. The Reds claimed their first point this term after drawing 2-2 against New York Red Bulls II. Entrance is free for all!
