CONCACAF - The Impact has arrived in San Jose

Following a 6-hour direct flight, the Impact arrived in San Jose on Sunday evening, ahead of its crucial CONCACAF Champions League matchup against the Earthquakes at Buck Shaw Stadium, this Tuesday at 10pm ET.


Montreal is currently second in Group 5, with 3 points, while the Earthquakes are still looking for their first point. Guatemalan club CD Heredia leads the pack with 6 points in 2 games, having beaten both Montreal and San Jose, 1-0 at home.

The squad will have its usual team walk on Monday morning, followed by a training session late in the afternoon.


Tuesday's game against the Earthquakes will be broadcast live on TVA Sports and Sportsnet, starting at 10pm ET. The Impact will play its fourth and final game of the Champions League group stage on Tuesday, September 24 at Stade Saputo against CD Heredia at 8pm ET.
