After playing in the Canadian Championship final in Vancouver on Wednesday, CF Montréal will host Minnesota United FC this Saturday at 7:30pm at Stade Saputo (Apple MLS Season Pass, BPM Sports, CJAD 800 AM), marking the end of a heavy stretch of 10 games in 33 days across two different competitions.

Montreal will be looking for a first-ever win against the Loons, with an overall record of 0-3-0 against the Western Conference visitors. In the inaugural match against Minnesota in 2017, Montreal lost 3-2 at Stade Saputo. Minnesota then shut out Montreal 2-0 at Allianz Field in 2018, before besting the Bleu-blanc-noir again by a 3-2 scoreline at Stade Saputo on July 6, 2019. Striker Mason Toye scored a brace against the Montrealers on that night, including the winning goal.

"We have an important game against Minnesota," said head coach Hernán Losada. "We're going to do everything we can to play a good game tomorrow at home, with the new jersey, and with our fans who give us exceptional support."

The visitors sit seventh in the West with an overall 5-6-5 record. The Loons have the best away record in their conference with 12 points collected on the road. In their last match, Minnesota drew 1-1 with Toronto FC on June 3.

Additionally, CF Montréal will be proudly dawning its new 2023 primary jersey this Saturday. The jersey will be available at the Stade Saputo boutiques as of 2:30pm during the UEFA Champions League final watch party displayed on the giant in-stadium screen.

Montreal's next game will be against Nashville SC on Wednesday, June 21, at 7:30pm. You can purchase tickets for those games here.
