CF Montréal hosts Inter Miami at Stade Saputo

Montreal looking for a sixth consecutive win at home

CF Montréal will take on Inter Miami at Stade Saputo, this Saturday at 7:30pm in MLS. You can still buy tickets for the game here. The game will also be broadcast live on Apple TV with the MLS Season Pass, and on BPM Sports and TSN 690.

Saturday’s game will also be celebrated under the Latin Night theme, with the presence of the Mariachi Oro Blanco de Montreal and DJ Dany-O from the Fuego Fuego music festival happening at Olympic Park.

Montreal has been almost perfect at Stade Saputo as of late, stringing together five consecutive wins at home in all competitions, all while allowing no goals. They’ll be looking to make it six in a row when the Floridian side visits this Saturday.

"They won an important cup game against Nashville,” said head coach Hernán Losada. They're a team with a lot of individual quality, with two of the best strikers in the league, Leonardo Campana and Josef Martinez. There's a lot of talent and they're a team to respect, like all MLS teams. Both teams need points. It's going to be an open game, I think, with lots of chances, because both teams are going to play to win."

It’ll be the second matchup between these two sides in 2023, having faced each other in Ft. Lauderdale for the opening game of the campaign. Head coach Hernán Losada’s men lost that game 2-0 and will be looking to even things this Saturday at home.

Inter Miami, on its end, is coming off a big win against Nahsville SC on Wednesday in the US Open Cuo, after having suffered two consecutive losses in MLS play. Montreal and Miami currently share the exact same record, with five wins and eight losses thus far this season.

CF Montréal will play three consecutive games on the road following its tilt against Miami, starting on Wednesday, May 31, against D.C. United, followed by a Saturday night matchup against the Philadelphia Union on June 3. Finally, Montreal will travel to Vancouver to take on the Whitecaps in the Canadian Championship final.

Montreal will finally make its return home to take on Minnesota United on Saturday, June 10, at 7:30pm. You can buy tickets for that game here.
