MONTREAL – The Canadian Soccer Association has selected centre backs Yohan Le Bourhis (previous club: CS Mont-Royal Outremont) and Karifa Yao (previous club: Étoiles de l’Est) for a Canadian U17 camp in Toronto from March 27 to April 9.
Both players have been called up to Canada’s youth teams in the past.
The camp will include 24 players in preparation for the FIFA U17 World Cup India 2017.
Canada has been drawn into Group B of the CONCACAF Men’s Under-17 Championship with Costa Rica, Cuba and Suriname. The competition will be held in Panama at the end of April.
