Nutrilait player of the month - May
The Nutrilait player of the month, a program presented by Nutrilait, is an opportunity for Academy coaches to put forward and reward a player from the U13 and U14 group that distinguished himself, each month. The selection is based on athletic, academic and community criteria that tale into account the player’s efforts, progression, perseverance and involvement. Another important point is the player’s capacity to show initiative and leadership with different actions within the club or the community, all the while respecting the values of the Impact Academy.
The player of the month will have his photo displayed by the Centre Nutrilait locker rooms and will get a $200 gift card at Evangelista Sports.
U13 Nutrilait player of the month
Denis Razvan Colici
“In May, Razvan showed a sense of responsibility, organization and anticipation above average,” said Impact U13 head coach Serge Dinkota. “Taking part in many activities with the U14 group, including two trips, Razvan always stayed up to date with his school work, while performing. On the field, Razvan showed progress and performed, while playing with the age category above him for almost the whole month. He’s a good example of maturity and leadership.”
U14 Nutrilait player of the month
Connor Manuel
“Connor was an example to follow for his teammates once again,” said the Impact U14 head coach Eduardo Sebrango. “His concentration, his work, his attention to detail and his competitive mindset in training and in games were at the top in the month of May. His work and seriousness in class were also excellent. I have to say that in the CSA showcase in Toronto, his performance was one of the best in the group and his consistency on four games impressed me.”
Nutrilait’s contribution
Soccer is an inspiring sport for the youth and that’s why Nutrilait is the proud official sponsor of the Centre Nutrilait and presenting partner of the Montreal Impact Academy and Pre-Academy (U8 to U14). Through its association with the Academy, Nutrilait wants to offer a development platform to the young athletes to help them surpass themselves.
