Our U15 and U17 teams are at Maryland Soccerplex from May 12th to 16th to play in the MLS NEXT FLEX, a qualifying tournament for the playoffs next June.
How it works
The MLS NEXT FLEX tournament features the top 64 MLS academies, as well as private academies from the regular season in the U15, U16, U17 and U19 categories. Teams are divided into groups of four, the winner of each group qualifies for the MLS NEXT Cup playoffs.
The U15 matches are 80 minutes in duration-- 90 minutes for the other categories. In the event of a tie at the end of regulation, the two teams will be decided by a penalty shootout with the winning team earning two points and the losing side one point.
Broadcasting
Eighteen matches will be broadcasted on Apple TV with the MLS Season Pass, including the third match of our U17 squad against Albion San Diego SC on Tuesday, May 16th!
