The Montreal Impact Academy will be hosting the fourth edition of the Mauro Biello tournament this weekend, in which eight U14 teams will take part.
Again this year, the event will be held on Saturday from 10am and Sunday from 8am at the Marie-Victorin Sports Complex, located at 7000 Maurice-Duplessis, in Montreal.
The event is free and open to all. A raffle will be held with a grand prize of an autographed jersey signed by the pros.
All teams will play six 30-minute games. The Impact will have a team of players born in 2000 and 2001.
Each participant will receive a commemorative plaque, while the top three teams and two MVPs of the tournament will receive medals.
Although he flies to Mexico on Sunday, the first team’s assistant coach Mauro Biello will be there on Saturday at 1pm.
