MONTREAL – In front of a sold-out crowd for the 14th time this season, CF Montréal defeated Charlotte FC 2-1 on Saturday night at Stade Saputo.

Caden Clark opened the scoring in the 23rd minute with his first-ever goal in a CF Montréal uniform, and Bryce Duke (26') doubled the Bleu-blanc-noir's lead just three minutes later.

Tim Ream cut the deficit to one for the visitors in the 35th minute.

Former player Nacho Piatti was inducted into the Stade Saputo Hall of Fame during a special halftime ceremony. Piatti became the 6th player to be inducted into the Hall.
