MONTREAL – U23 Impact player Jérémy Gagnon-Laparé has been selected by the Canadian National senior team for two friendlies in Austria.
The team will kick off camp Sunday and will train for four days before taking on Bulgaria, a team ranked 73rd in the latest FIFA rankings. The team will then face Moldova on May 27, which is 99th.
Jérémy Gagnon-Laparé is currently with the Canadian U20 team, in Sunrise, Florida.
Last September, he earned his first call up with the senior Canadian national team, playing in two friendlies against Mauritania.
