We’ve been saying it for a month now: The Impact Development Academy teams are on fire to start the season. The U15 and U19 teams are unbeaten with respective records of 5-0-0 and 4-0-0, while the Impact U17 has a 4-1-0 record.
But every week, Montreal faces a new challenge. On Saturday, the Philadelphia Union will be in town to face the three Montreal Impact teams, at Centre Nutrilait.
The U15 will play at 9am, the U17 at 11am and the U19 at 1:30pm. The games are open to the public.

Last weekend, the New England Revolution was in Montreal to face the Impact. Two of the three local teams won their games – the U15 and U19. The Impact U15 is top of the standings and also has the league’s best scorer, Gabriel Antinoro, who’s scored 10 goals in five games. The Impact U19 is also at the top of league standings with a perfect record, while the U17 team is top of its division.
Philadelphia Union
The Union teams, like the Impact, are having a strong start of the season. The U15 team has a perfect record of 3-0-0 with 15 goals scored, including a 4-1 win against NYCFC in the beginning of the season.
The Union U17 also has a 3-0-0 record with only three goals allowed since the start of the season, while the U19 team has a 2-1-0 record.
About the Philadelphia Union academy
The Union academy’s installations are in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Their academy holds seven teams, from U12 to U19, as well as an affiliated USL team.
Kids from this academy have their own school where they alternate between soccer and study.
Since July 2016, the Union has signed six homegrown players: Auston Trusty, Derrick Jones, Anthony Fontana, Mark McKenzie, Matt Real and Brenden Aaronson.
