Saturday, the U15, U17 and U19 Impact teams will play at Centre Nutrilait for the first time in 2018 in Development Academy play, as they host Empire United.
The Impact U15 will play at 10am, the U17 at 12pm and the U19 at 2:30pm.
The day after, the Impact U19 will be in New Hampshire to face FC Boston Bolts at 1pm. The game was initially scheduled in March but was postponed.
The Impact U17 and U19 are in the final stretch of the season, which is crucial as it will decide who will enter the playoffs with a favourable position.

Head-to-head
In the beginning of the season, on September 10, the Academy teams played their first away game in West Henrietta, in the State of New York, to face Empire United. The U15 team won 4-1 and the U19 team won 5-1, while the U17 team lost 1-0.
Opponent’s results
Empire United U15 is one of only two teams in the Development Academy without a win in this age group. The team has a 0-16-1 record.
The U17 team is 7th of its group with a 5-9-4 record. After winning its first three games of the season, including wins against the New England Revolution and the Impact, Empire United U17 is now on a 10-game winless streak.
Empire United U19 is also 7th of its group with a 7-9-2 record. The team was shutout in its last three games.
About Empire United
Located in West Henrietta, New York, the Empire United Soccer Academy is the result of three clubs in the area – Rochester Junior Rhinos, Syracuse Football Club and Buffalo United Soccer Club – joining forces in 2007.
Then, the club started playing in the Development Academy, helping players in its area progress all the way to American college level.
Four of their players made it to MLS, even if for some it was not a very long experience.
Liam Callahan was drafted by the Colorado Rapids in 2017, before being released. Ethan Cutler was also drafted this year by the New York Red Bulls and now plays with their USL team.
The other two players had a little bit more success. After signing with Real Salt Lake in 2013, Jordan Allen has now played 51 MLS games. The other player is Toronto FC’s starting goalkeeper, Alex Bono, who was drafted by the Reds in 2015.
