MONTREAL – Three members of the Montreal Impact U18 team have been selected to join the U18 Canadian national team. Midfielders Jérémy Gagnon-Laparé, Louis Béland-Goyette and Yacine Ait-Slimane (pictured above), will take part in a training camp in Guatemala, from October 8 to 14.

Canada U18 will take part in two friendlies versus the U18 Guatemalan national team on October 11 and 13.

Gagnon-Laparé had also been called in by the Canadian senior men’s team last month to take part in a couple of friendlies versus Mauritania.

The Impact Academy has been well-represented at all age levels with the Canadian national team. In addition to Gagnon-Laparé, Béland-Goyette and Ait-Slimane, defenders Dominique Morin (U21), Aron Mkungilwa (U18) and William Archambault (U15), midfielders Marco-Leonel Dominguez (U18), Nevello Yoseke (U16), Esleyder Luarca (U15), Don Junior Bobe (U15) and Mouhamed Touré (U15), along with forward Gabriel Wiethaeuper-Balbinotti (U15) have all put on the red jersey in recent weeks.
