Last weekend, the U16 and U18 Impact teams were in Epping, New Hampshire, to face Seacoast United’s teams.
The U18s won 7-0 in the first game of the day. Gabriel Balbinotti scored three, bringing his goal tally to 18 in a mere 16 games. Don-Junior Bobe scored a brace, while Tristano Fasulo and Moulay Hamza Kanzi-Belghiti registered the two other goals. The Impact also played a good defensive game, leaving no chances to Seacoast United.
“The team applied the objectives we had in the game to be offensive-minded and aggressive in the last third,” said interim head coach Simon Gatti.
The Impact U16 won by a similar score of 7-1, with Moulay Abdallah Kanzi-Belghiti tallying three times. Tristan Resendes (2), Zachary Fernandez and Calin Calaidjoglu scored the Bleu-blanc-noir’s other goals.
