Last weekend, the first Montreal Impact Pre-Academy festival presented by Nutrilait took place at the Centre Nutrilait. The festival had five different age categories (U8 to U12), where six clubs from the province of Quebec were represented.
Other than the Montreal Impact, CSMRO, AS Hull, CS Longueuil, Celtix du Haut-Richelieu and club de soccer de Saint-Laurent were at the event. The teams all faced off once in each of the age categories. The Festival was friendly, regardless of rankings.
The festival’s presenting partner, Nutrilait, was there with a space for dribbling games for the kids, who could win gifts based on their performances. As well as offering water bottles, towels, bags and more, the Nutrilait ambassadors also gave milk and chocolate milk to the participants and created a contest for the best team spirit. Two teams (U9 from Saint-Jean and U12 from CSMRO) won the contest and the “Les vrais Champions Nutrilait” trophy, as well as gifts for the whole team.
Despite the bad weather, the first edition of the Pre-Academy festival presented by Nutrilait was a resounding success.
