Maxime Leconte, U17 head coach: “It was a very positive weekend against two great MLS academies. We started the first game badly with two goals conceded after ten minutes. We showed character again to equalize like last week. This group does not give up and showed maturity in the second game on Sunday by successfully managing both the highs and lows. We showed our true face with control and very interesting content. In the most difficult moments, we knew how to suffer together and break the rhythm to get back into the game and score the second goal. We now have two weeks to recover before our trip to Maryland. The players are enjoying themselves on the field and that will continue for the rest of the season.”

Esteban Landazabal, U15 head coach: “We had a very positive performance to continue our three-match winning streak. It is a shame to lose the final game the next day with the accumulated fatigue because we wanted to remain undefeated at home. Playing in Montreal was a huge advantage for us. We are also disappointed that we did not take the opportunity to stay on top of the standings. I am very proud of my team. What they have accomplished in the last few days is remarkable. The important thing is to analyze what went right and what went wrong to prepare for the MLS NEXT FLEX tournament. We will arrive in Maryland with more confidence and serenity. If we replicate our Centre Nutrilait performances on the road, we will be well positioned to qualify for the playoffs, which is our collective goal.”
