HERNÁN LOSADA

“It was difficult to find space tonight. We did everything we could with all the elements at our disposal to get a result. Especially when you concede first, it's hard to come back. New York were very organized and didn't give us any time. We created more chances tonight than in some of the games we've won. I leave tonight with the impression that we gave it our all. We deployed all our attacking weapons on the bench. Maybe a draw was the right result.”

MASON TOYE

“New York kept the ball well. We had trouble figuring out our press. We lacked aggression. That's something we need to keep working on. New York scored an incredible goal. If you take away that chance, the match was pretty even. We lacked the final pass to finish off our chances. New York keep the ball well. In some games you only have one or two chances, so you have to convert them. It wasn't the result we'd hoped for. We hadn't lost here for a long time, so I hope we can rectify that quickly.”

GEORGE CAMPBELL

“We kept giving them the ball tonight. We needed to press more. I try to feel comfortable in any position on the pitch. I think all the central defenders in the team can do the job. As defenders, we never want to make a mistake, but we trust each other. You always have to be ready to play when you come off the bench.”
