MONTREAL – The Montreal Impact announced Thursday that the team will kick off its next training camp in Montreal on January 21 and will travel to Florida to take part in the Team to play in Walt Disney World ® Pro Classic Soccer, in Orlando, Florida, for a second consecutive year.
The tournament, set for February 9 to 23, 2013, will feature eight professional teams competing at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The Impact will play at least four games, on February 9, February 13, February 16 and February 23, and will take part in a weekly training schedule in build up for opening day.

The Impact joins other MLS clubs that have already confirmed their presence in Florida: Philadelphia Union, D.C. United and Sporting Kansas City.
“It’s a great tournament that will give us the opportunity to play games against familiar MLS clubs,” said Montreal Impact sporting director Nick De Santis. “It will be a good three weeks of preparation for the group before the start of the season. At the same time, it will also give us a good idea of the opposition for next season.”
