• The Montreal Impact ended the regular season third in the United Soccer Leagues First Division standings, four points behind the Seattle Sounders and one point behind the Portland Timbers.

• The Montreal Impact finished the campaign with the second-best defense in the league after allowing 21 goals, three more than the Portland Timbers.

• The Impact scored 32 goals this season, good for fifth place overall in USL D1.

• The Montreal Impact has won the Voyageurs Cup, which is given to the top Canadian team in the league, for the sixth consecutive year.

• With 14 shutouts this season, the Impact has shut out its opponent in more than 50% of its games (14 of 27) for a fourth straight season. Montreal had 19 shutouts in 2004 (68%) and 16 shutouts in the 2005 and 2006 seasons (57%).

• On the road, the Impact registered the best record (7-3-4, 25 points) and scored the most goals (17), tying the Seattle Sounders on both counts.

• Montreal had 8-3-1 and 5-0-1 records at home (including series) after the July 30 roster freeze.

• In the playoffs, the Impact was eliminated by the Puerto Rico Islanders, in the USL D1 quarter-finals, 5-3 on aggregate goals.

• Forward Charles Gbeke was the top scorer in the First Division United Soccer Leagues, with10 goals, tying Seattle Sounders forward Sébastien Letoux. Gbeke also finished the season leading the Impact in points with 21.

• Goalkeeper Matt Jordan set two new team records, shutting out the opponent during six consecutive games and did not allow a single goal during 622 minutes of play.

• Seven players have reached the 2000-minutes played mark this season: Patrick Leduc (2328 minutes), Leonardo Di Lorenzo (2295 minutes), Mauricio Vincello (2203 minutes), Luis Aguilar (2140 minutes), Joey Gjertsen (2111 minutes), Simon Gatti (2046 minutes) and David Testo (2045 minutes).

• Three Impact players were named Player of the Week this season: forwards Alen Marcina (10th Week), Joey Gjertsen (16th Week) and Charles Gbeke (19th Week). Gbeke and midfielder Leonardo Di Lorenzo were named the most to the USL D1 Team of the Week with five nominations. Defensively, Mauricio Vincello was selected four times.

III. ATTENDANCE
Total attendance (regulars season + playoffs): 164,714 spectators
Average attendance (regular season): 11,036 spectators
Largest crowd: 12,844 spectators (June 29, 2007 vs. Puerto Rico)

• For a second straight season, the Impact is the team that has attracted the most spectators at home. Rochester is second with an average of 9,336 spectators per game.

• In 176 games played at Claude-Robillard Sports Complex, the Impact has a 115-43-18 record, (278 GF – 132 GA). Since 1993, a total of 1,088,087 spectators attended Impact games in Montreal.

• For a third consecutive season, the Impact had over 150,000 spectators during its games at home.
