Covid-19 – Guest Experience Protocols
SECURITY AND HYGIENE MEASURES – STADE SAPUTO
The health and safety of our supporters is a priority for us. Please read carefully the COVID-19 protocol put in place within Stade Saputo. In addition to these regulations and guidelines, please note that by purchasing tickets you agree to the following release and waiver.
In preparation for your next visit to Stade Saputo, you must respect the following public health measures:
MASK OR FACE COVERING
1. A mask or face covering is obligatory to enter and get around within Stade Saputo, including all interior spaces such as washrooms.
2. The mask or face cover can be removed while drinking, eating and/or while seated in your seat.
3. In addition, all our employees are required to wear their personal protective equipment required by public health, the CNESST and/or MLS during their entire presence at Stade Saputo.
SOCIAL DISTANCING PROTOCOL
1. Social distancing of 1 meter must be always respected between people not residing in the same household within Stade Saputo.
2. No social distancing is required when seated in your seat.
HYGIENE PROTOCOL
During games, strict sanitary measures are applied at all points of contact with our customers. Also, the disinfection of surfaces is carried out daily along the highest hygiene standards, with a more elevated frequency.
COMPLIMENTARY PROTECTIVE MEASURES TO RESPECT AT ALL TIMES
• Stay home if you or a family member showed Covid-19 symptoms, or if you must quarantine at the request of public health authorities.
• Respect 1 metre of social distancing between yourself and others.
• Sneeze or cough into your elbow.
• Avoid touching your nose, eyes, and mouth.
• Wash your hands frequently.
• Immediately dispose of used tissues.
These preventative measures were put in place to ensure everyone’s security. We believe that maintaining a safe environment is a shared responsibility and we thank you for your collaboration.
